Liquid Lounge

LIQUID LOUNGE: ODDITIES & CURIOSITIES

Step right up, lovers of the strange, unusual, and bizarre, and get ready for a night of spectacular fun as the Connecticut Science Center proudly presents Liquid Lounge: Oddities & Curiosities. Mere days before Halloween, this Liquid Lounge experience will deliver a frightfully entertaining evening for those who are 21 and older. The entire Science Center will be at your disposal to explore, where many strange and exciting surprises await. Massive Skelton puppets and a colorful Ofrenda will greet you as you enter. Make your way up to our various galleries, where food and drinks are available for purchase, and you can dance the night away with DJs Stardust & Edgewood or the eclectic vocal stylings of the Nekita Waller Band. When you’re ready for something a bit more unusual, a visit to the Havisham Society will do the trick. Plus, the Sanderson Sisters perform, Beetlejuice roams the building, Tyler Green applies his signature makeup FX to a LIVE model, and it’s your last chance to see our traveling exhibition, Mummies of the World. Don’t forget to come in costume! Our costume contest will award fantastic prizes in four costume categories.
