Field Trip Reservation Process
Step #1: Making Your Reservation
- Download and fill out the RESERVATION REQUEST WORKSHEET. Fax the completed form to 860-727-8871 or email the completed form back to our Reservations Center at Reservations@CTScienceCenter.org. Be sure to indicate an email address and phone number where you can easily be reached.
- A Reservation Specialist will contact you within 48 business hours of receiving your request to review the availability of your choices and, if necessary, any alternatives. Please be sure to indicate your top 3 choices for dates. We will make every effort to book your top choice. Also, let us know about any special needs your group may have. We'll make every effort to assist with your request.
Reservations Center Hours: Monday – Friday 9 AM to 4 PM
Step #2: The Booking Notice
- Once your reservation is booked in our system, a Booking Notice will be sent to you. Please be aware this does not guarantee your group's reservation. ONLY your full payment does. Full payment is required 30 days in advance of your arrival. Payments can be made by check, Visa, Master Card, or American Express.
- You can temporarily hold your group's reservation with a Purchase Order number. Within 14 days of making your group's reservation, please mail or fax your completed, authorized Purchase Order from your school system to the Reservations Center. Again, a PO will not confirm or guarantee your group's reservation. You or your school will need to send full payment in the form of a check or credit card to us 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
- Groups who do not send their full payment 30 days before arrival will not have a reservation to enter the Science Center.

Step #3 Confirming Your Reservation & Preparing for Arrival
- Upon receiving full payment, CSC will send you a Confirmation Packet with all of the material and information for your group visit including: chaperone information, bus information, what to expect, and a wealth of important tips and info to make your field trip enjoyable for everyone.
