Visitor Services - Reservation Center Supervisor

The Connecticut Science Center, currently under construction in Hartford, CT is seeking a skilled Reservation Center Supervisor to help create, implement, supervise, sustain, and continuously improve all aspects of the organization’s Reservations Center. Serving as a critical “gateway” where several hundred thousand people each year will begin their Connecticut Science Center adventure, the Reservation Center will be responsible for scheduling, booking, and coordinating all school group field trips, commercial & non commercial group visits, and special event ticket sales. The ideal candidate will recognize the importance of making the reservation experience for all those visitors a friendly, easy, and impressive one, and is also someone who can have a lot of fun while doing it.
