Volunteer Requirements & Process
If interested in any of the volunteer positions, please contact our Human Resources Department at 860.520-2128 or email for additional information.
All Volunteers at the Connecticut Science Center will:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Fill out an application form when called in for an interview
- Be interviewed by Connecticut Science Center staff
- Complete a background check
- Meet requirements of the specific posting
- Commit to at least 6 months of service (on a weekly or every other week basis unless position is periodic/on-call by nature.)
- Satisfactorily complete all necessary training and meet all required expectations
